Time for You...Time for Yoga. Friendly and relaxing mixed ability Hatha Yoga classes in the community at Lethbridge Primary School Hall on Tuesday evenings. Chose from 6 to 7.30pm or 7.45 to 9.15pm. (max. class size 15) Students are encouraged to practise at a pace and level which suits.

Classes include a mixture of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation. Yoga can be practised by anyone regardless of age, fitness level or religious belief. The series of postures exercise virtually every part of the body, but one's attitude...practising with mindfulness and being guided by the breath rather than the ego...is more important than the final posture. The practice of Yoga can help develop flexibilty and strength as well as teaching us stillness and how to relax; it can ease many problems such as backache, asthma, tiredness.
